Where is my book? When will it be delivered?
Check your dashboard — once your rental is approved, you will see a delivery update with an expected date. You can also WhatsApp us for a quicker update.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes! Go to your dashboard and click "Extend Rental" on your active rental. Approved extensions add an additional 15 days to your rental period.
When will I get my deposit back?
Deposits are refunded within 24–48 hours after the book is returned safely to us.
What if I damaged the book?
Don't worry — normal wear is fine. If there is significant damage, we will discuss a fair deduction before processing your refund.
How do I cancel a rental?
You can cancel a rental directly from your dashboard before the book is marked as delivered or pickup completed by the Eabo team.
